Step by Step Integration

The team leader/business analyst or project manager will travel to the customer’s office in the initial phase of the project. The objective is to obtain business and technical insight for the time needed (on average 15 to 30 days)
The team progressively increases with senior, medior or junior consultants. It is the team leader’s responsibility to coach the added members during the early stages of the execution phase.
The team members will learn and adapt to the customer’s culture by sharing experience and working together with the client’s team on a day to day basis. When needed this will be performed locally or in the customer’s office upon request.
