The position
As an IAM Data Analyst at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for the instrumental role in optimizing IAM processes and improving application security across high technology landscape. Your work will directly contribute to achieving strategic goals through structured data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, application owners, and engineers to align IAM policies and ensure application compliance.
- Analyze and clean complex data sets, removing outdated roles and enhancing access control structures.
- Identify, analyze, and validate roles across applications in collaboration with the business.
- Technically validate roles and associated groups/systems by investigating application environments.
- Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and work with technical teams and partners to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation by technical teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, and provide regular updates via tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to IAM roadmap planning with a focus on security, compliance, and user experience.
- Monitor and prioritize project work packages in support of project management.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security policies
What you bring to the position
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within complex IT or IAM transformation programs.
- Proficient with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Understanding of IAM technologies and concepts is a strong plus (e.g., RBAC, SSO, Provisioning, Identity Governance).
- Experience with IBM ISIM & ISAM, Entra ID, Active Directory, and LDAP is highly desirable.
- Skilled in stakeholder management within matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and actionable way.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiar with Agile and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
