The position
As a Project Manager at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects along the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee large-scale identity governance transformation projects, ensuring the successful execution of project timelines and deliverables.
- Project Planning: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track project progress, providing status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting potential concerns or delays.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all project activities are in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members.
What you bring to the position
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading identity governance transformation initiatives in large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working with identity governance solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
